PROSEAL SOLUTIONS SDN BHD, is founded in 2009 by individuals who has vast experience in the fields of valve, actuator, precision engineering, seals, elastomer and plastic engineering application.
What Proseal Does
Valve Service
We provide experienced valve service technicians that can diagnose and perform industrial valve repair of virtually all types and sizes including gate, globe, check & ball valves. A state-of-the-art facility allows us to routinely perform operations that other valve service companies have to out-source.
Valve Repair
Our shop is equipped with state-of-the-art ball spherical grinding machine, lathe machine, welding, pressure testing and non-destructive evaluation equipment. From X-ray radiography to CNC machining equipment, Proseal is vertically integrated to handle virtually any type of valve service in-house, with work performed by an experienced staff of technicians and craftsmen. Our 44” ball spherical grinding machine enable us to repair the biggest valve ball in Malaysia.
- 90% of valves consigned to the ‘graveyard’ or non-repairable can be repaired economically;
